I’m Darla, founder of this site. While I may have created this site, I didn’t do it for me.
I did it for you. * smoothes tee-shirt* *shakes head at how martyr-esque that sounded*
But, really. I did it for you. For you to have one place that, if only for a moment, feels like home--albeit a digital one. For you to have a place to come when you’re feeling disconnected and isolated from everything and everyone around you. For you to have a place to share your most brow-furrowing worries, concerns, and frustrations. (Hey--it happens when you don’t speak the language and it’s time to get your flu shot.)
And for you to have a place to remember that this is your great adventure--the one that’s been stalking your soul all this time. And the one you’re finally living.
